GENERAL TERMS: Regular Commissions-I only accept PAYPAL as method of payment.
-All prices are in USD.
-Artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, the price is doubled. For EMOTES, the price has commercial fee included already.
-I have the right to decline your request.
-Will only accept IMAGE REFERENCES.
-Commissions may take 1-2 weeks to finish (max. 1 month)
-I will let you know immediately if the commission is going to be delayed.
-STRICLY NO REFUNDS. Unless I haven't started sketching it.
-I can only draw a max of 2 characters.
-You may repost the artwork but you're not allowed to RESELL IT and CLAIM it as your own.
-Please do credit me if reposting.OTHER INFO: Regular Commissions-Final output will be sent through Google Drive.
-Canvas size will be in 1500x2000 300 dpi
Live2D Model CommissionCLIENT'S RIGHTS:
-Client may use this model for commercial purposes (streaming, social media graphics, and merchandise).
-Client must be crediting me in social media's bio and channel descriptions(Youtube, Twitch, etc.)
-Client is not allowed to modify the model (except for coloring). If you're reselling the model, please DM the reasons why.
-Client is not allowed to redistribute the model files or leak/post it in public domain. If you're going to distribute it to your friends, give it to someone you trust only. Otherwise, I am not responsible if it gets leaked.
-Client is not allowed to take parts of the model and reuse it for personal and commercial purposes. UNLESS you're commissioning someone to make another outfit for the model.ARTIST'S RIGHTS:
-Artist is not allowed to use the model for commercial purposes unless it is for commission advertisement.
-Artist may modify the model when sending updates to the client. This includes changes in hair changes and clothing changes.IMPORTANT INFOS:
-I only accept FULL PAYMENT. I will not start unless you pay upfront.
-After sending initial concept and sketches, major revisions in character design(hairstyle, outfit) will incur an additional charge, to be discussed with client.
-When the model is almost done, major revisions will be considered as a new commission order.
-Commission may take 2 weeks to 1 month (max. 2-3 months). I'll let the client know immediately if it's going to be delayed. Please be patient!
-If I failed to finish it before the deadline, I'll do a 30% refund (we can discuss about this).
-We can discuss about it if you're paying half first.
